Amethyst quartz crystals on matrix

Description:  Drusy, small amethyst quartz crystals with a natural shimmer, sit on a (mostly) quartz rock matrix. The specimens has some stubborn, hard bits of clay among the crystals.

Some of the crystals have nicks, mostly to the edges of the specimen.
