Measurements: 65 x 45 x 28 mm Description: A schorl crystal (variety foitite, 56 mm long) together with a small schorl crystal, sit on a quartz matrix with quartz crystals and thin schorl needles in and on the surfaces. There are a few very small, clear crystals (to us, unkown) on some surfaces, as well as bits of feldspar with a yellowish (to us, unknown) mineral, and bits of hyalite opal. The schorl crystal has bits of damage to the multiple (flake-like) terminations, while one quartz crystal has a small nick to its termination. This very interesting specimen with five different minerals, displays well on a flat surface. Weight of Specimen: 90.1 gChemical
