Fluorite and mica crystals on feldspar

Description:  Fluorite crystals with mica on a feldspar matrix. The upper right image shows the specimen with an electric light from behind.

The large fluorite has a nick of about a cm to one of its edges, and a few flaws.

                                       KAl2(Si3Al)O10(OH,F)2  (muscovite / mica)  

Hardness on Mohs Scale:  (fluorite)  4
