Along with a smaller quartz crystal, it shares a very small piece of matrix with a small group of quartz crystals. The biggest crystal is attached to the matrix to the side of its lesser termination. The two
biggest crystals each has a minute nick to its termination
tip,
barely visible with the naked eye. One of the small crystals at the
