Quartz Crystal Floater – SWCV 013

Measurements:  58 x 45 x 22 mm

Description:  This lovely group of crystals is a floater. The yellowish colour is due to an iron oxide coating. Unfortunately there are nicks to some terminations, but it remains a very beautiful specimen.

Hardness on Mohs Scale:  7

Location:  Vredendal Quarry, Western Cape, South Africa.
