Remarkable Quartz Crystal with Rutile Needles, Vredendal, Western Cape

Measurements:  146 x 67 x 31 mm

Description:  A remarkable crystal specimen with smaller crystals attached to the main crystal (146 x 22 x 20 mm). The latter has one multiple termination and another with a perfect female termination.

A piece of dolomite is attached to the one side of the crystal and on the other side it has a few rutile needles. 

This specimen has very little damage: only a few pressure marks and a few nicks.  

Super quality!  One of the best specimens we have found at this location!
