Dioptase crystal - Kaokoland, Northern Namibia

   Measurements:  15½ x 06 x 5½ mm

Description:  A single dioptase crystal with a smaller crystal attached to it. It has a couple of minute nicks, and pressure marks to the bottom of the crystal.

Chemical Composition:  Cu2+SiO2(OH)2 

Hardness on Mohs Scale:  5

Location:  Kaokoland, Northern Namibia.
