Dioptase crystals on quartz matrix, partly coated with shattuckite

Measurements:  68 x 27 x 25 mm

Description:  Dioptase crystals sit on a quartz matrix, partly coated with a thin layer of shattuckite. One side of the specimen's matrix is a neat quartz facet, coated with shattuckite. 

Some of the dioptase crystals have nicks, and the matrix has been trimmed. The specimen displays well on a flat surface, all-round.
