Shattuckite, Malachite, Quartz and Calcite – NKO 015

Specimen with three small vugs lined with shattuckite, quartz and calcite

 Measurements:  62 x 55 x 44 mm

Description:  Three small vugs in rock crystal, lined with shattuckite and shattuckite balls as well as clear quartz crystals, and minute calcite crystals coating the shattuckite.

The matrix is quartz with shattuckite. The bottom of the specimen has been trimmed, exposing a neat vug lined with shattuckite, quartz and calcite. 

A small malachite crystal (7 mm long) sits on the side of one of the vugs.

There is damage to the edges of the vugs.
