Quartz Crystals with epidote, calcite and prehnite on Matrix

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Measurements:  92 x 49 x 43 mm

Description:  Quartz crystals (the largest 28 x 07 x 06 mm) share a basalt matrix  with small, drusy epidote crystals, calcite and one small piece of prehnite.  

The largest quartz crystal has a small nick and a few smaller crystals have a few very small nicks.
