Calcite, Quartz and Epidote Cluster on Matrix - Brandberg, Namibia

 Measurements:  40 x 37 x 31 mm

Description:   A lovely combination of calcite, quartz and epidote crystals on a small basalt matrix. 

The blue / green coating on a small area of the specimen is  unknown to us (probably a copper related mineral) and very unusual for a Brandberg specimen.

A group of double terminated crystals has damage to the one side, and there is some damage to the edges of the specimen.
