The
Northern Cape Province is a mineral rich area that covers several
hundred kilometres. It includes the
famous Kalahari
Manganese Fields and well know mines like N'Chwaning,
Blesberg and Jan Coetzee. Because the
Kalahari
Manganese Fields
is such a specialized area, we created this seperate page for
it.
It yields a large variety of minerals.
